Not all information in this form is required, however it is recommended in order to provide the best service possible to your clients. Please skip any information fields that you do NOT want added to your recording. (i.e. If you do not want us to say the name of the school district, please skip that field)
If you need a new extension number, please leave the "Extension" field blank. OR if you are a NEW agent please put 'New Agent' in the box so that we can assign you a new block of extensions.
Changes:
If you have any changes on a current listing/recording, please fill out the form below and only fill in the fields that need to be changed. Be sure to include your extension number.
**Please note, while we understand that it is important for you to be able to contact the consumer with additional information regarding your listing, we highly recommend that you include the price of the home in your recording. This increases overall customer satisfaction with your service and gives consumers a positive experience. Not including this information can cause buyers to be disgruntled and upset when you call them back and ruin your chances of building a good rapport with them.
Custom Intro & Closing Message:
Please feel free to include a custom greeting for all of your listings. This greeting can be a short intro that plays immediately before your listing information plays. This greeting/closing is standard and once you submit it to us will be used with each of your listings from that point on.
